Regular Clients
You become a Regular Client when you hire CBI Web for one or more individual projects, with no ongoing maintenance and/or updating of your site, and with no further need of our services in the near future (6-12 months). There is a flat hourly rate for regular clients. Mock-ups and consulting are provided at no extra charge.
Hourly Rate: $25
Gold Clients
You become a Gold Client when you retain the services of CBI Web for continuous designing, building, maintenance and updating of a web site, as needed. Steady clients receive a special rate, choosing from one of the options below.
Please be realistic when calculating your projected workload for us when choosing an option.
Option 1
Rate: $20/hr (limited hours)
Workload: We will spend a mutually agreed fixed number of hours per week on the design, maintenance and updating of your site.
We guarantee that we will work on your site for no less than the agreed number of hours.
Please note that with this option, if anything at all should need changing or updating during the week, and we've already worked the fixed number of hours on your site that week, the extra work will be done the following week when the hours begin again.
Option 2
Rate: $20-$15/hr (unlimited hours)
Workload: Same as Option 1, with the extra benefit that when the workload exceeds the fixed number of hours within a week, we will continue work on your site, and at a discounted rate of $15/hour.
This option will ensure that you get continuous 24/7 site maintenance; no worries about waiting until the next week for unexpected changes or updates!
Continuous maintenance includes "under the hood" work such as code validation and cleanup, or cosmetic fixes to the visible site when it's necessary.
Option 3
Rate: $20/hour (unlimited hours)
Workload: Same as Regular Clients but at a discounted rate, provided you intend to hire us again within 12 months for other projects.
This option is a favorite for small business, educational or information sites, and even personal pages; smaller, short-term projects that change or update only two or threee times during the year.
Please be sure of this option before choosing it, because you will only end up paying the difference if you haven't used us for further projects within the year.
